If I were to cut a hole in the A pillar covers to try to flush mount them, the flange of the tweeters would hang off the curve by maybe 1/8" on each side. You can use an old fleece shirt to stretch across your object like DaveG did and then use epoxy or polyester resin to saturate it. Next, finish off the outside shaping / contouring with body filler. Then re-enforce the inside with a rondo milk shake. Look it up.
