WebOPAN runs the National Aged Care Advocacy Program (NACAP) which provides free, independent and confidential advocacy support to those who need it. They also educate people about aged care service provision and consumers' rights and responsibilities. WebOPAN aims to provide a national voice for aged care advocacy and promote excellence and national consistency in the delivery of advocacy services under the Program.
